  1. Take a deep breath and start to Think!
  2. Define your priorities
  3. Make the right decisions
  4. Create your very personal check-list!
  5. Make a good communication plan. The bad news should always be disclosed immediately!I
  6. At lunch time take an half-hour walk, to clarify your mind and reduce your stress level. Leave your smartphone at the office!
  7. Do not hesitate. Do not regret. Make all the things you know you have to do!
  8. Fight for a day without meetings (face-to-face or conference calls)
  9. Always keep your focus.
  10. Read more. Write more!
  11. Be Bold! Be unstoppable!
